RETURN POLICY

RETURNS:

I want you to be happy with your Prime Pet Accessory purchase! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied a full refund or exchange will be made if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Of course, we will replace any item that may be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. Products that have been used, worn, trimmed, in any way, will not be refunded nor exchanged. Sale items will not be refunded nor exchanged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return had been received and inspected you will receive an email notifying if you are eligible for a refund/exchange. Both will be promptly processed. Please check with your bank first to ensure you have received the refund and if you have any concerns contact us at primepetaccessories21@gmail.com.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, unless being returned by the gift-giver.



To Return your product:

To complete your return or exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Send us an email at primepetaccessories21@gmail.com, you will be provided the return address for Prime Pet Accessories. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returned items.

Shipping times will vary depending where you live. If your return is over $75 consider using a trackable shipping service/shipping insurance so you can be guaranteed your item(s) will be received.
